Welcome to Berkana (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at berkana-store.webflow.io and your purchase of products through our online store (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products through our Services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2) Products
Our products are handcrafted in limited runs. While we make every effort to display colors and details accurately, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to natural variations and screen settings. Availability of items cannot always be guaranteed.
3) Orders & Payment
- To purchase products, you must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
- Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered through our platform (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- All prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping charges will be added where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or error is suspected.
4) Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Please ensure details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate information.
- Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
5) Return & Exchange Policy
At Berkana, every bottle is crafted with care as part of a ritual, not just a product. Because of the nature of personal haircare, and to ensure the highest standards of safety and purity:
- Final Sale: All opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Damaged or defective orders: Notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item at no cost.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
- Exchanges may not always be possible due to limited runs. If unavailable, you may receive store credit.
- To initiate a return, email us at support@berkanahair.com with your order number and details.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photos, and design—is the intellectual property of Berkana or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in USA.
