At Berkana, every bottle is crafted with care as part of a ritual, not just a product. Because of the nature of personal haircare, and in order to ensure the highest standards of safety and purity, all opened or used products are final sale.

However, we want your ritual to feel complete:

• Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Because our formulas are produced in limited runs, exchanges may not always be possible and you will get a store credit — but if an item is still in stock, we’re happy to help you exchange for the same product.
